Description
The Mercury 8hp Mercury Outboard is ideal for long shaft Jon boats, skiffs, and small pontoons as well as sailboat and trolling/kicker applications. This 84 lb. Mercury 8 HP Outboard engine is lightweight and yet the powerful twin-cylinder four-stroke offers smooth, quiet, fuel efficient operation. The multi-function tiller handle provides one-hand operation of F-N-R gear shifting, throttle and throttle tension, steering, and stopping. Mercury’s patented auto-ratchet system allows the user to easily adjust tilt and trim angle. The Mercury 8 HP Outboard Motor model: 8MLH is equipped with manual start and a 20 inch shaft.
